- Civil Fit out Workspace has a Meeting Rooms, Toilets, A Reception and waiting area, Canteen and store.
- Data center, UPS and electrical room, MEP, Power/Data containment and cabling.
- Lighting System HVAC- PACU and GI, /Fabric ducting
- Fire alarm, Fire Fighting- FW pump and FM200 System Smart gates,
- CCTV and finger access
- Façade and landscape
